Arriving by air:
ROW Airport is very small. Interesting to take in because it is the boneyard for American Airlines and other airlines. There is one line for security and it opens about an hour before the flight. If you are TSA, they will let you keep your shoes on, but otherwise you pass through security as a passenger without TSA.
Plan to eat before you arrive at the airport because there are limited options (unless you consider the vending machine variety).
Hotel:
I chose the Holiday Inn Express because it has a shuttle and it did not look like Uber or Lyft would be an option. Note: You must make hotel shuttle reservation 24 hours in advance. The Holiday Inn Express offers a variety of options for breakfast, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are courteous.
